DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SUCCESS

LOCATION: New York

Responsibilities

  • Ensure client success with a mix of internally and externally focused responsibilities.

  • Work with the sales team to onboard and launch mobile wallet programs for some of the largest CPG brands and retailers.

  • Attend client meetings with sales to lend insight on creative concepts, best practices, and technical implementations based on past campaign experiences.

  • Monitor live campaigns daily, and develop optimization recommendations to maximize performance and ensure delivery.

  • Work with platform clients to ensure they're enabled to deliver the best performance for their own mobile wallet clients.

  • Provide strategic analysis and insight on the delivery and management of client objectives.

  • Create regular performance reports and analyses for clients; conduct client Quarterly Business Reviews.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop best solutions to maximize client growth and success.

  • Act as the liaison between client and internal teams.

  • Proactively drive and implement solutions to issues affecting creative, trafficking, tracking and reporting.

  • Constant communication with the sales team and the client to understand client goals, objectives and KPI’s to ensure effective optimization strategy and delivery.

Requirements

  • Self-starter, attention to detail, strong analytical skills.

  • Team player who can multi-task and excel under pressure.

  • Strong desire to be part of a fast-paced technology start-up.

  • 2+ years experience working in a client-facing role for a marketing, media, or technology firm.

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment.

  • Previous exposure to advertising technology or marketing technology.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Passion for the exploding mobile industry and forward looking technology trends.

  • Strong academic performance and leadership experience at a 4-year college.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

DIRECTOR OF SALES
LOCATION: New York, Chicago, san francisco

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing and closing new business opportunities.

  • Qualify new opportunities and prospects, dimension the size of opportunities and articulate probabilities of closure.

  • Build ongoing client relationships.

  • Represent Popwallet in market, offline and online, and become an active brand advocate.

  • Work closely with the internal client team to ensure client objectives are communicated and successfully delivered upon.

  • Maintain broad knowledge of company products and capabilities versus the strengths and weaknesses of competitive offerings.

  • Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results.

  • Participate in recruiting, growing, and managing a team of sellers.

  • Work with internal client team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling marketing solutions, digital media, or technology.

  • Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships.

  • Direct client contacts at both senior and junior levels.

  • Previous mobile technology platform experience a plus.

  • Understanding of consumer product and retail marketing.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. 

  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
LOCATION: st. louis

Responsibilities

  • Implement product functionality and test suites.

  • Contribute to and review design documents and project implementations.

  • Mentor and work closely with other software engineering team members.

  • Ensure smooth product releases and support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with Java or a similar language.

  • Expertise developing web applications, web services and platform integrations.

  • Knowledge of Unix shells and scripting.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

  • Attention to detail and absolute focus on quality of the software engineering process and output.
