  • Set strategic and operational plans for the marketing function, including budget and priorities.

  • Manage and monitor all lead generation activities (events, paid media, content, social, etc) in close conjunction with sales and sales operations.

  • Define and lead the company’s content marketing strategy, with a focus on creating thought leadership/educational content (ebooks, white papers, case studies, infographics) to drive awareness, leads, engagement and retention.

  • Work with product management to position features and innovation to benefit new and existing customers and differentiate from competition.

  • Manage external resources including PR agencies, freelancers, etc.

  • Report on marketing effectiveness and be accountable for those results.

  • Develop and nurture the Popwallet brand.


  • Strong desire to be part of a fast-paced technology start-up.

  • 2+ years experience working in a marketing role for a marketing, media, or technology firm.

  • Experience with ABM and usage of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment.

  • Previous exposure to advertising technology or marketing technology.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Passion for the exploding mobile industry and forward looking technology trends.

  • Strong academic performance and leadership experience at a 4-year college.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3+ years of experience selling marketing solutions, digital media, or technology.

  • Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships.

  • Direct client contacts at both senior and junior levels.

  • Previous mobile technology platform experience a plus.

  • Understanding of consumer product and retail marketing.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. 

  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player.
